Rarely Talked About Grape Varietals and Obscure Wine Regions: our January theme
It’s the start of a new month (a new year for that matter) and that means we’ve got a new focus in line for January; it’s our ‘say what now?‘ theme. This means we’re going to do our best to find wines from regions one never equates with wine production, and wines from grape varietals rarely spoken about. Yup, a month with practically no wines from France, California, Ontario, Portugal, Spain, Chile, Germany, Argentina, Australia, New Zealand, well you get the picture.
This month we’ll be doing wine discovery in such a clandestine fashion that it will have you saying “say what now?“.
Now, not that we’re promising to cover wines from the regions below, but we thought it would be neat show the level of production in some countries many of our friends would never equate with wine.
Enjoy and looking forward to sharing a month of ‘say what now‘ with you!
