After my trip to the Bench a few months ago, I was more than inquisitive to see this Top Bench White 2010 on the shelves of the LCBO. Whther this be a new addition or an old to the LCBO, it was my unforgettable trip to the Bench that made this white extremely relevant to me.
The Top Bench White comes from the Peninsula Ridge Winery and Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Gewurztraminer.
On colour, this delightful white blend holds a true deep golden hue. On the nose, scents of honey dew, pear, peach and some lime ring through. On the palate, you’ll note tastes of lemon, some spice, green apple with a finely levelled acidity that nicely manages the sweetness.
This is definitely a summer sizzler patio wine. It’s fun, simple and easy going on the palate.
This wine retails at the LCBO for $13.95
