Don’t mind if I do. Dinner paired with @southbrookvineyards Seriously Cool Climate Chardonnay

We paired Southboork Vineyards Seriously Cool Chardonnay 2015, with baked chicken, arugula, avocado, all topped off with a bit of salsa. The mouth feel of this wine worked well with the lightly spiced salsa and herbs used to marinate the chicken.

Based on its flavour profile and overall structure, Seriously Cool Chardonnay 2015 would act as a great accompaniment to any fish or chicken dish designed to be more on the spicier side, and that is hard to find.
